Sure, a number of friends have gone on to become celebrities in various manners .... 1. Used to hang out with Corey Patterson, Carlos Beltran and a few other players when they played for the Lansing Lugnuts minor league team. They are now on the CUBS team. 2. Back in the day, used to help load up Ve...

So many fond memories, so many! #1 - first Jimmy show ever. MGM Grand in Vegas. Not exactly the tailgate I've grown to know and love at other venues, but one *$&% of a party nonetheless. Worked our way down to the floor and the front row after a stressful day in which my buddy had misplaced our ...

Can you guess how much I enjoy this song?! - See tattoo at left.

It meant a lot more a couple of weeks agobefore my wife asked for a divorce completely out of the blue. But nonetheless, I still have plenty of love and luck from friends and family to get by in this crazy world.

Michigan Phans - SOUND OFF - Big Bro Big Sis Fundraiser

Greetings phellow Parrotheads! (Specifically targetted at the Michigan Phans & Phlocks!), but comments welcome from everyone. I am posting this in hopes of getting feedback on an idea that I had for a fundraiser for my local Big Brothers Big Sisters agency here in Isabella County, MI, specifical...

Love & Luck Obviously I take it deeper to heart than some, but seriously, that's all we really need to get by in life. Love what you do. Love who you're with. Be loved by family, friends and strangers. Luck out from time to time. Be lucky enough to enjoy your life each day as if it were your last.

SCORE!

Stopped by Goodwill store today to make a donation. Flipped thru the records and found CALYPSO by Harry Belafonte which of course includes JAMAICA FAIRWELL.

Both the album cover and record itself are in great shape.

Just wanted to share yet another find!

I feel the energy! I too made the big screen in Cinci last week. We had prime tailgate spot right across from Coney Island entrance right on the corner. Truck was flying a 6' fin, hood was fully shark toothed and the roar of my gas blender attracted plenty of attention ... including the Jimmy-Vision...

Hey, my original intent when starting this thread was to hear about the GOOD TIMES everyone had in Cinci ... let's hear 'em people!

C'mon, there were so damn many people partying around me in the lots that you all have to have some stories.

Not sure if it was the same bro's or not, but wouldn't doubt it. Older bro was about 6'3 and younger was bout 12-14 yrs old and had shaggy hair.

Just shows the power of phellow parrotheads to hook them up like they did!

I stood in line with a guy and his 12(ish) year old little brother. The little bro had handed his ticket to the 'frisk' staff instead of the ticket taker. After patted down, walked up to the ticket taker and when he said he had given it to the other guy, the other guy denied it. SCREWED! Positive sw...

Sorry to hear about the poor lawn seating. We were fortunate enough to have pavilion seats 3/4 of the way back on stage left. Great view. Not trying to rub it in, just didn't realize the lawn was that bad. Overall, we were impressed with the smaller venue and improved view. Hearing some of the other...

Tales from Cincinnati

My buddies and I just returned last night from the Cinci show on Tues night. Had an AMAZING TIME! We had prime tailgate spot on the corner across from Coney Island entrance. Gas blender was roaring, fin flew high, truck teeth chomping down, limes squeezed and enjoyed the company of a number of very ...

Better feeling? Nothing better than a Jimmy show! It truly is another state of mind and world of it's own. My beautiful wife by my side, cold drink in my hand, rev of my gas blender, phriends all around, music and the sound of one big ass karaoke all across the lot. I got goosebumps! See you all EAR...
