I think you might be reading too much into it. Blow in that sense doesn't really fit in the context. I really think that in this case he simply means cold wind. Doesn't want snow and cold wind, wants to go where it's warm.

Have always been partial to Banana Republics. Lovely Cruise is another great ending song. It's My Job would be alright also. Of course my personal favorite, Happily Ever After would be the best of them all.

I say open with Margaritaville, Volcano, Cheeseburger, BEG, and Get Drunk...get them all out of the way so we can really enjoy the concert. Wow...I sound old and crotchety today. Sorry.
