Re: "Struggle for Civilization" - is he serious?

Since that time, UNDER MR. BUSH'S LEADERSHIP , there have been no successful terrorist attacks on American soil. ~snip~ Again, a question for all the Bush-haters. Exactly what is your plan to stop terrorism? (Remember, it's already been shown that UN-based strategies are ineffective. Also, keep in ...

Re: "Struggle for Civilization" - is he serious?

Since that time, UNDER MR. BUSH'S LEADERSHIP , there have been no successful terrorist attacks on American soil. That is slightly flawed logic. Other than the Oklahoma bombing and Pearl Harbor, how many "successful terrorist attacks" do you think there have been? Also, are you coun...

Think I've got the exact same transmitter you have. To get decent sound, I had to mount it up right next to the radio on the dash, then find a frequency that hasn't got a local station already on it. If you're in a big city, you may just be out of luck - I've had a lot of trouble going through citie...

Re: Kansas City Royals

Anybody see the highlights of their game tonight? Livan Hernandez, a pitcher, started punching out their catcher in the dugout, it was classic, right out of the movie "Major League" when the Indians started fighting. Think these guys are ready to end the season? At least the Red Sox aren'...

Re: "Struggle for Civilization" - is he serious?

Pardon me for expressing these sentiments, but as we just passed the five year anniversary of the September 11, 2001 attacks, I feel angry and frustrated with an administration ~snip~ http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/14788377/ Hmm.... angry much? Few suggestions... 1. Let It Be - The Beatles (seems like it would suit him) 2. Guitar Town - Steve Earle (Jimmy could rock this one.) 3. Walk of Life - Dire Straits (Again, just seems to fit.) 4. I Love This Bar - Toby Keith (not so much cause I like Toby or the song, but I'd love to hear Jimmy... ...

dreaming

I don't really dream that often, but when I do, flying is pretty common. One specific dream, though has been recurring for the last 15 years. A favorite uncle of mine passed away unexpectedly in 1990. Since then, at least once or twice a year, I dream I'm back at my folks' house, and my uncle comes ...

Jimmy's not going to St. Louis... is he?

Dear wife just came home from work. She works in a hospital that is affiliated with one in St. Louis. People are swearing that co-workers from St. Louis are buying tix to a Jimmy show there. :o This is totally crazy... right? It's not on the list of dates, and though I can't recall the details, Jimm...

We bought it. The Jimmy tracks are great, the rest is (to me) forgettable. Kids love it, though - they saw the movie and request songs from Hoot pretty much constantly. :D

Couldn't it just be nervous energy? I'm sure if you were trying to play guitar, dance, sing and be funny in front of 30,000+ fans that paid good money to see you be entertaining, you'd be a bit nervous, too. As much as JB loves his job, I'm sure he still gets a bit of the butterflies and worries he...
