Buffet isn't even Buffett, it's "Buff-ay", as in the section of a resturant or a cafe where you serve yourself.

I believe it's a pier somewhere in Alabama. The phone booth is most likely a prop that he had made and braught there.

I like Sherry Darling from the River as well as Waiting on a Sunny Day from The Rising. I actually have a lot of favorites of his, those are just two that come to mind at the moment.
