This was supposed to be an Oscar-caliber contender by Martin Scorcese due for October '09 release,
so ending up pushed back into the February-release movie dumpster might give some clue to it's quality.

I don't think it's a reach to speculate that OCTOBER has been (and again last year was supposed to be) his preference of this past decade.
He did do a couple dates out west last May, which was like a throwback, but then pulled the rug out from under us last summer
