Apparently, they're already for sale...pathetic! http://www.aceticket.com/LiveTicketDetail.asp?EventID=450514 I find it annoying, but not particularly pathetic. Like it or not, ticket reselling is a business. Great Woods makes season tickets available, and ticket brokers buy some of them. Then they...

We'll continue to go, in spite of the high prices. Love it too much to stop. One footnote. Once the price gets that high, you expect good seats. Last year we paid about $150 to see Jimmy at Mohegan Sun. The seats were awful. On the side, up high where the acoustics were so bad that you couldn't unde...

I wouldn't mind seeing a somewhat bigger Margaritaville built, if this indeed happens. Everytime we've gone, it's been a two hour wait for a table and no room in the bar. Not really complaining since we usually ask if we can sit with people occupying bar tables and have met some great people doing it.

The Marriott is a great place. Our only complaint was nothing to do at night. You have to make your own fun. There's a water taxi right from the Marriott over to town. Our favorite restaurant at the hotel was the open air place (but roof covered) down at the beach, just past the tennis courts. Have ...

... The rules at Mohegan and The Meadows(Hartford) basically s***. To anyone making the trip to CT for the show- BE CAREFUL, both on the roads (I-95 and I-395) and tailgating. Police are going to be everywhere!!!! This is the state that had cops fire rubber bullets and tear gas at a Dave Matthews B...

Re: A Salty Piece Of Truth
Dear Phriends, Now that the Alpine anger has subsided, I thought it might be time for a level headed reflection of what is dissapointing about the recent changes to the tour dates and venues. Years ago(As recent as the late 90's) Jimmy Buffett shows were well attended, but it wasn't the phenomenon ...

Can I ask one more Question? Were the concert t-shirts that said Fenway, Boston and had just those two dates on them legit, or did they have to be purched on the street? Bought mine on the street. Got a nice one for $15. My recollection is that the official vendors had a shirt, but it was in excess...

Re: Chicagoans questions for Fenway attendees...
At least I kept Wrigley out of the title! I have some questions, and imagine others might as well... While we don't know if everything will be the same, I'm curious about the following: 1. Did Jimmy use his parrotvision screens, or the park screens, or both? Could you see them in the dayligh...

Mohegan and Ticketmaster
Just curious. Did anyone else have this experience today? I got into ticketmaster.com as soon as Mohegan was available (hitting refresh). Got into the system quickly. I could even read the scrambled word (word was "losing", not a good sign). Only asked for two tickets, best available. Coul...

Re: Why Wrigley
Been long time fan. Seen every show at World Music Theater/Tweeter Center. Why Wrigley? Am so very very very disappointed! Doesn't make any sense  Why not Wrigley? I may be in the minority here but I have seen Jimmy at Alpine and Tinley more times than I can count. I certainly won't say it has...
