I have an electronic copy, and I will take it to a photo print shop to get a good copy. I'll also take some of the other pictures I have, and mail them to springparrot...

Lands' End has some Birk knock-offs. They look very similar, are more comfy (something true birkies won't believe until trying ) and they're about 1/3 the price of Birks.
