Have to go with the board consensus on this one. Remember what TM did to those Chicago phans that were sold preferred parking instead of seats? It was a TM screw up. Sure, the phans got their money back, but they didn't get into the show. Count yourself lucky, dude.

Bottle of Rum, you say you got tickets because of TicketMaster. I'm happy for you, but I'm one of many who were screwed because of TicketMaster. Waiting out is no longer an option because of the "lottery" which does nothing to discourage scalpers and is a serious inconvenience to the fans....

I realize Springsteen was doing will-call on a limited basis. However, the *way* he did will-call pulled the scalpers' teeth. The scalpers make their money on the front rows.

My point is that TicketMaster has done little - and can do more - to stop scalping.
