Lawn ticket face value after fees through Live Nation is $52.00. There are plenty of lawn tickets/ GA tickets for sale on the secondary market selling for not a lot more than $52.00 Ace Ticket has them for $69 right now.

For the HoB show in Boston last year he announced it about two-weeks ahead of time.

And the VIP lot is not that big and they sell more spots than they have like an airline so if you get there later in the day you might end up in the common folks lot and they WON'T refund your money.

Easy as can be, in at 10am, selected 4 lawn tickets and checked out by 10:02am. Their process has gotten so much better than it was not too long ago.
