Perhaps the starting point is to have extremely tight regulations created and enforced re. the lineage and breeding of pit bulls... Brilliant idea. I'm guessing you don't live in Denver, San Francisco or Ontario, Canada... Pit Bulls are now an illegal breed in those cities/counties, among others. That is just ridiculous.
