Those weird TM words...

Has on-line ticket buying become a spelling bee? I like the fact that TM is making it harder for tickets to be scarfed up by ticket-buying machines, but are those really words they have us spell back to them from the squiggly, grid-filled box? What are the weirdest words they've had you type? I just...

... two I can't remember their names: the sidekick guy on Adam 12... and the guy who played David Bradshaw on Eight is Enough. Although I was in the Shaun Cassidy fan club thanks to a birthday present from my grandma. Do these help? http://us.imdb.com/title/tt0062539 http://us.imdb.com/title/tt0075...

1st person that came to mind for me was Dean Martin - I loved him, and wanted my mom to marry him, even though my dad was still in the picture! Amazing! I think my mom would have loved to marry Deano, had that been an option. She could never understand the next- door-neighbor's fixation on Sinatra,...

childhood crush??

A thread obviously inspired by the "childhood hero" discussion. I was crazy about James Garner (aka Maverick) as a little girl. But I knew I was too young for him. Later, I figured I was too old for him. Now he's finally too old for me! But I still think he's a doll! I was also crazy for D...

Hi, CHEF! Would you do me a favor? We drove from Aspen to Glenwood Springs a couple of years ago, and I noticed something hilarious. As we were going along the road that parallels the airport fly-in valley, I saw what looked like a barn roof with the outline of a huge hand that was giving "the ...

Yes, Alabama Jack's, just before the toll booth.

And if you get to Big Pine, take the side road that
goes to No Name Key and hit the No Name Pub.
It's also just before a bridge. And if you cross that
bridge, tell the Key Deer 'hi' for me.
