I don't understand getting sh*tfaced drunk at a concert, but to each his own. For me it boils down to two things...the need to be in control and aware, and the bathroom situation. Alcohol goes right through me, and the world is not my urinal. Those portapotties get pretty nasty as the day goes on.....

I struggle with the water weight thing, too.....I can feel it as soon as I put my rings on in the morning whether or not I'm puffy. I try to restrict sodium and that does help....but it's a never ending battle that way too. It's not a true reflection of your "weight" though, so I never st...
