My 'night terrors' for lack of a better term, aren't like nightmares. My nighmares tend to be late in a sleep cycle, and very detailed. The night terrors are very early in the cycle, within about a 1/2 hour of falling asleep. They're usually not as detailed, and come out of nowhere... Usually a car...

night terrors $uck!!! daniel had terrible ones!!! there were 3 things that helped the most w/ him. 1. stick to a normal bedtime and limit sweets,excitement,stress. 2. i dont know why, but this worked for us...i read somewhere to make sure their feet are uncovered. make sure they do not have too many...
