And never get love
Your better let love depart

I can't get you out of my heart

I think a lot of us feel the same way. We all have the "ones" we'd rather not hear and we all have suggestions for substitutions. But I also think (believe it or not) that we are the minority. Jimmy said in the interview on CMT that he knows his audience pretty well and by that I'm guessi...

That was spooky...the voice of the late John Denver singing Calypso..haven't had that image for a while..

I can see very well
There's a boat on the reef with a broken back
And I can see it very well
There's a joke and I know it very well

Hint: Vintage 1971... & he's still touring

I wonder if the MGM is gonna host a pre-party WAAY out back of the condo construction site again? The MGM is famous for stringing parrotheads out til the very last minute on this one. I personally enjoy the event- but it is frustrating to plan for. My guess is that they will still have it in...

Re: Vegas Tailgate Party

APRIL 9th- Jimmy's in Vegas! There's a tailgate party at Margaritaville, I think Johnny Rocker is playing :) We're going to grab some Margaritas and listen to some music before the show- the Monorail is up and running now, so it's easy to get to the MGM from Margaritaville in the Flamingo- and back...

What's your TOP 10, MUST PLAY concert list ???

Reading around the threads a bit lately & seems like a lot of parrotheads are startin' to rock the proverbial boat on what should be "absolutely" expected at Jimmy's concerts these days. Some want to delete Come Monday, WDWGDAS, Brown-eyed Girl (Morrison's tune..yeah, maybe) Cheeseburg...

I wish he'd can "Cheesburger In Paradise" FOREVER and play "Somewhere Over China" or "Cowboy In the Jungle" instead. I thought "Cowboy in the Jungle" was a sure bet to make the set list this year (especially with the obvious "A Salty Piece of Land" ...

As much as there is setlist "I" would love to hear or the hardcore PH community would love to hear....at every show it's someone's "first time" to hear "Come Monday" live.....everyone should have that opportunity! Can't wait to share it with my daughter in Anaheim! Tha...

Re: Sunday Brunch at Aladdin

Commander's Palace at the Aladdin has a fabulous Sunday Jazz Brunch. They have a 3 piece wandering jazz ensemble, the Gary Queen Trio. Used to take guitar lessons from him when I lived in Veags. He is an awesome picker 8) It is a nice way to unwind and medicate your Buffett induced hangover :D Than...

My brother-in-law's a huge tequila affecionado and so I get to mooch off his inventory when at his hacienda - Milagro is a favorite there. But the functionality of tequila, plain & simple, is as a vehicle to a good time... so for me Sauza Commemorativo or Cuervo is just fine. Now when it comes t...

Re: Favorite Buffett CD to Workout to?

Through all my journeys to the gym I've found that I enjoy working out to "Tuesdays, Thursdays & Saturdays" probably the most .The high energy of that CD as well as the nice combo of fast & slow works well. The 1st CD of Meet Me in Margaritaville is a close second. Any thoughts on...
