Just an update. I was #34 on the list and received the CD's yesterday. I just sent an email to #36 requesting a snail mail address and am awaiting a response.

Unfortunately I just discovered this site and am having some issues. When I access the site using FileZilla, it tells me that the Directory Listing is empty.
