Re: Jimmy At Work

My restaurant uses a DMX subscription service for our music. Most of it is chosen by our company but my store is the only one serving breakfast. That allows us some freedom in the morning to play different channels. The last few days, I have been stopped speechless at work as one channel as churned...

UAHparrothead and FFishstick, I thank both of you and send adult beverages of choice (at least via this medium) to both of you. I think I heard of them but I have never seen them. I always used the little $3.00 grills until I got the weber "Smokey Jo" that gave me lots of good service and...

I GRILL about 200 nights a year. Charcoal is not an option. I guess if you are a weekend griller it would be fine. I have all three, the charcoal Weber, the double barrel smoker, and the 75000 BTU gas grill. I too grill about 200 nights a year, but if time allows, I like to toss it on the smoker or...

FFishstick, You're so right about the Grateful Dead's mail order system. In fact, they still do it today for the side project bands as well as The Dead shows. I never paid more than face for any GD show...ever! I attended over 100 GD shows (also wimpy compared to a lot of heads), have over 300 comp...

Rugby is all good until someone gets hurt... I am short of stature, stalky build, and extremely fast. This made me a good scrambler. Played until I got tired of watching some of these guys getting knocked into next Tuesday, only to take a strong sniff of the smelling salts, go back in the game only ...

CHARCOAL ONLY WAY TO GO! Kingsford always works for me too!!! Weber makes a nice little portable grill. I used one at the marina all the time when I had my boat.... I agree gas is easier, but then if I wanted to cook with gas,...I would just do it over a burner on my stove.... I have seen numerous ...

Yup, that is the Chimney, and 15 - 20 bucks is about right. Some places sell a cheap knock off for less. They last forever and really work great.

Kingsford all the way. With a few soaked wood chips thrown on for good measure. :D Ahhh yes, if you have to go with strictly charcoal, then a few wood chips add a nice touch. Stay away from that match light stuff. Very unfriendly to the environment. Chases the song birds away faster than a ferrel c...
