I think we will be limited in choice based on the venue that will be most likely to help us keep the overhead costs down. If we get the right charity (powerful) on our side, some venues might be willing to donate a portion of the expense of such a venture. Yeah, it would be great publicity for them...

This is going to be a very tough one because we have BN'ers from all over.... I think location will be the toughest part about this event, and unfortunately no matter what it will be placed in an area hard for some people to get to.

It all depends on how many each BN'er can bring, and remember, we have to be able to secure a venue at X size.
