I have heard people reference that they have recieved an autograph, met Jimmy, etc. at a meet and greet. He probably does not, but does Jimmy do this before every concert? Or are they just promotions put on by local radio stations?

It depends, are you posting them so that others can see what tix you have, or are you posting for sale? If for sale, go to the ticket exchange forum. I think that you can only sell for face + charges though, so don't plan on getting rich!
