Buffett Style Wedding in the Hamptons ...

Woo Hoo...I'm getting married next summer in Sagaponack, NY (which, by the way, is about 10 minutes from Sag Harbor/North Haven where Jimmy spends some time...) and I'm goin with a Buffett cover band (Parrotville) and a whole tropical themed menu. Can't wait to hear the steel drum as I walk down the...

To any fellow Long Island Phans, there is a Buffett Luau at Mulcahy's tonight in Wantagh starting at 10:00. Parrotville--great Buffett cover band--will be playing all night. :)

I found Ft. Zach very rocky, and very crowded. Plus, ya can't get any drinks there, which I require when lounging on the beach in KW. Even though the swimming isn't great, I prefer the beach at the southern end of Duval. Rent a chair for $5 for the day, and you'll get waiter service for food and dri...

We loved The Curry Mansion Inn on Caroline, right next to Duval. Includes a great poolside breakfast every morning, and complimentary cocktails and hors d'oevres in the early evening. Great price, great location, beautiful place, wonderful people! :) GO TO THE GREEN PARROT! It rocks!

Whoever is heading down to KW soon--if you're there on a Monday, go to the Green Parrot for happy hour and meet the Alice Foundation. It's a drinking club with a stuffed monkey as a mascot. They have a log book to keep track of drinks and "monkey quotes." Great bunch of locals! :)

In Key West, I stumbled out of the Green Parrot and bumped into a huge parking meter that was about 5 inches taller than me. I insisted that this particular meter was Abe Lincoln, and I proceeded to yell at him and smack him around calling him "proud" and "obnoxious" with his tal...

In 2001, we saved up for great VIP seats at the Guild Hall show, which was awesome, but we couldn't spring for another round of VIPS. Best benefit of that show: we won the raffle for the trip to Key West! Speaking of raffles, they didn't announce the winner last night, did they? Wondering if my tick...
