Spoleto Festival?

We'll (ContinentalDrifter III and I) will be in Charleston, SC next weekend during the Spoleto festival...I don't know much about it, but apparently there's a lot of live music going on at that time. Anyone know of any bands we should catch?

It says it takes 2 hours from Charleston to Myrtle Beach...we're going to be in Charleston for Memorial Day weekend and we're wondering if it's worth it to take the drive to M'Ville Myrtle Beach...I've been the victim of both Hamptons traffic in NY during the summer and Jersey Shore traffic...is it ...

I just remembered, there is a good lunch place called SNOB (slightly North of Broad, a little pricey, but a nice place. 82 Queen has great BBQ shrimp and Grits. Don't forget to sample the pralines, from the multiple candy stores around the old market. You can walk up the street and try them at 3-4 ...

I dig the fried chicken at Fiorellos, the Shrimp Creole at Coop's, the muffaletta from Central Grocery. We also had a nice lunch at Tujagues! Mr. B's bistro was good too and we had a delicious dinner at Emeril's. I'm hungry....
Oh and get a frozen Irish coffee from Molly's at the Market! Have fun!

I love getting Starbucks gift cards, especially since there's a Starbucks across the street from school!
I'd nix anything smelly (like candles...I had a cinnamon one stink up my closet in a matter of minutes!) The Staples gift card idea is good too.
