oh yeah- Anchor Line (a restaurant) on the causeway of Folly was voted best fried scallops by locals. Also, you might wanna try Bowen's Island for a cold beer at sunset, great wandering decks overlooking marsh and creek- it's on the way to Folly.

I'd suggest staying at Charleston on the Beach, hotel is oceanfront on Folly Beach. There's a parks and recreation owned pier right next to it- over 1000 feet long, that rents fishing gear. There's a resturant on the pier also, and the pier is kinda the hub of activity on Folly.( Phone # is 843-5886...

I love to watch that eagle! It looks breezier than usual today.
