I figured it was the ephedra, the bad thing is that bottle cost alot, I'd hate to throw it out, but I've never been as cracked out as I am today. The thing is the stuff does work too! The yoga guy is weird, Im not that messed up. The breastfeeding cat is even weirder Ephedra can cause heart problem...

There have been afternoons when the cumulative effect of staring at program code has left me face down on the keyboard. As far as I know, I haven't been caught (or at least nobody mentioned it) and I've never crashed my desk into a tree!
