I used to work at a video store that had a Ticketmaster and I can tell you that the owner wouldn't open the doors until 10:00:45 and in that brief time he and/or his girlfriend manager would pump a bunch of tickets that never saw the light of day and he would sell/trade them to a broker. Granted I s...

For those still waiting, I called some kind of "newera" central office today and spoke to a very nice and fairly informative woman. She said that they are, indeed, overwhelmingly swamped with these orders and that they're working slowly but surely on each order. No news there. But ...

He (Hoosier PH) bet me that the Colts would beat the Patriots...

stubhub.com seems to be the new kid on the block and they had the cheapest prices I found. From what I understand, it just gives people a place at advertise their tickets so I don't know how much enforcing they do to make sure you get what you pay for. I've never used them, but StubHub advertises t...

Re: advice re 15yr old girlfriend

2. I think ebay's the way to go, but there's no way I'm going to let this thing go to some heathen for $14.25. So what do I set the reserve at to make sure I'm not letting go of my baby too cheap, but still let all valid parrotheads have a shot at it? Any advice is appreciated - especially from exp...

Good luck with that. They've told me they aren't mailing "officially" until mid-April. So explain the people here with their tickets.

It's a "New Era" of ticket processing. Let us know if you make any progress. :pirate:

OK dumb question time again... I have nearly every Buffett recording but don't have any of the recent "Live in..." CDs (Cincy, Vegas, Mansfield). Circuit City and Best Buy were both sold out of Hawaii and the CC web site was backordered. Other than the DVD, is the Hawaii CD much dif...

They've been releasing singles and the occaisonal pair. I think this happens as they process (slowly) the ticket orders and peoples cards don't go through. Just keep checking if you need a ticket.

I'm in the middle of "Don't Stop the Carnival" now and was wondering if there really was a green flash. It seems as though it's true based on these comments. Hope to see it someday. Can you see it from Jamaica? That's usually where I go. No Mistaica. :pirate: http://www.physics.sfasu.edu/...
