Still sounds like a wrap-around from last year's tour. There is zero parking that close to the arena. You've got the football and baseball lots but they're not all that close.

Very good point. Back when it was still fun at Manassas, they just used to charge $25 or so per car for early arrivals. I'm sure that paid for some of the help. I bet these days folks would glady fork over $50 to park early at a place like Great Woods.

The road is going to be a disaster way before 1:00pm if they stick to their guns. Not saying they won't but wow, this could get really ugly on the roads. It will be kind of like Pittsburgh when they hold the line on getting into the parking lots. Except Great Woods is right off of a major interstate...

I'm just not sure they can stem the tide until 1. Given the proximity to I-495 and the traffic backing up there I think the lots will almost have to open before 1. Something tells me there are going to be a lot of U-turns occuring on Rt. 140.

Is anybody buying the "lots at 1pm" that is printed on the tickets? I can't see them stemming the traffic that long. Anybody local have any insight?

It's been a month since the last post in this thread. The times have certainly changed haven't they? The whole (Buffett) thing feels like it's slowly coasting to a stop.

Probably around 4, perhaps a little bit earlier. Which is why when coupled with the other restrictions I won't be going.
