Wolf Trap would be a very cool venue to see Jimmy but it's awfully small for a summertime Buffett show in the DMV. Jiffy Lube is 25,000 or so, Merriweather is around 19,000 and Wolf Trap is about 7,000.

Last year there were lawn seats on Groupon for $20 so I think I will hold off and not worry about tickets until later. Jimmy just doesn't sell out shows like he used to. I know Great Woods and a few others are exceptions but it used to be tough to get a ticket to any venue.

I remember when he did that. He even did a video with a big screen behind him and they kept zooming in on Google Earth to each venue. For some reason it just seems to come out in drips and drabs for his shows anymore.
