Jodi - I have never mastered cooking for one! I usually wind up cooking for 5. . and then eat the same thing for the next 4 meals! I don't suggest that. . Although a lightweight, what I drink is more based on the following than time of year:

If I need to "maintain" at a function: beer

If I want to get a buzz and no bed spins: red wine

If I want my clothes to come off and dance on the table tops: tequila

Sorry for the delay, had to pour a glass of Yellow Tail Shiraz.

There is nothing like that pungent, sweet, earthy marsh smell. Never to be confused with the nasty paper mill smell that some people get as they near Savannah :D

Recipe for One

All these food topics make me hungry! I am by no means a cook, and now that I am a party of one, I need help!! Steve was the chef in our family, I was the cleaner, and now I need recipes since I am cooking for myself. Easy and quick is best as I work and don't get home til 6:00 or later - HELP :D
