The virtual waiting room is a crapshoot. I had no problem getting 2003 NLCS tickets. I didn't get in once this year when tickets went on sale.

I have asked about rooftops. One was a 50 person minimum and $300 per person.

I would strongly advise not driving to Wrigley as there is no place to park that is cheap. There are few spaces and expect to pay $30-50. Also, there is resident only parking for Cubs night games. I'm not sure if the city will be treating the concert like a Cubs home game and enforce this.
