Just talked to a couple people over in London, they said one of them was just captured not too long ago.

HR is a WHOLE new Oprah.  I'ver never known such a group of paranoid people in my life. I wish our HR dept was MORE paranoid. We use ADP here for payroll (and Microsoft for everything else), and I handle all of the it/admin for adp, which means I work a lot with our HR folks. I don't kno...

Way back in the day when I was a lot younger, Swanson Hungry Man meatballs in gravy with mashed potatoes. I think I lived off of that because my mom hated cooking. Always ate it while watching Dukes of Hazzard :)

Definitely can be read by adults, I don't see it as a childishly written book at all. Thank you for your candor. Maybe I will pick up the first book and go from there. I normaly dont read sci fi or fantasy... so this will be a stretch. :) You know, it's kind of funny, the books are fantasy by any s...

Re: Trojan horse viruses

I recently deleted two Trojan horse viruses off my computer, but now I cannot minimize anything. Whenever I minimize it, it disappears (does not show up in my tool bar below. It's still there when I hit cntrl-alt-del and I can switch to it. Anyone know how to make the minimizing action come back? I...

I think I am the minority..... Havent read one single Potter book or seen the movies. And I am a reader... just didnt think this series would interest me. Is this adult reading? I think it's a good life story, and a good fantasy story, but I know a lot of people who aren't fantasy/sci fi fans who a...

Just read this week's TIME interview with Rowling. Very, very insightful, but do NOT read the insert box if you don't want spoilers....it's full of them...can't IMAGINE how it got past the editor's desk! If I were Rowling, I'd be hot. The interview, however, was very, very good. Best one I've read....

Oh I've done this a couple of times over the years.

At least twice, I've actually been dressed and almost out the door before I realized I had many hours before I leave.

I attribute it to the very few hours of sleep I usually get and my paranoia :)
