I swore I'd never go to another stadium show but the whole weekend package, camping with friends, is too good to pass up. And I can see trying to get to Gettysburg, too. Just spent the weekend at the Cashtown Inn and did the full battlefield tour on Sunday. We live about an hour 15 from Gettysburg ...

Also - the area between the field and stands (track area) is pretty small so if you are in the stands looking at the stage you don't feel like you are sitting in the nose bleed seats in left field.

The seating in the stands is fine. Yes the floor seats down front are closer but there is no elevation to the field. I"m 5' 8" and the tall family is always in front of me. I've been to plenty of shows and events there. The stage will be in the north end of the stadium. Stand seating even ...

I think Timmy answered it but I've never known that a park admission was required for a concert. The stadium is next to the park enterance and not in the park.

I'd feel out of place. I am not a member of the unofficial PA PH Club Mafia, or whatever y'all call yourselves. Are you affraid of that groups ringleaders. I've been to lots of shows there. If you are from out of town, it's a football stadium open on both ends. They put the stage on the north end. The field is turf with chairs in front of the stage. The view from the stands is not bad. I've always found the sound to be pretty good. I agree with Tim and...

If it happens we will be there...I'm parking in Tim's driveway and dragging the pop up and cooler over.

Tailgating or not, its so close I don't see how we can't go. Maybe we can take over the Chocolate World parking lot
