Dubious reports from Orangemen in upstate NY allege that JB will shortly tour Oneonta (home of JJW), Syracuse and Buffalo (I shot 6 holes in my freezer).

I would also be amazed seeing as Jimmy hasnt been up this way since 1991 at Saratoga Springs I believe... closest he's been since then is Jones Beach on Long Island

It's opening in Wallkill (why they are opening a CIP there is still a mystery, its almost in the middle of nowhere), which is downstate about halfway between Albany and NYC, at least 4 hours from Syracuse and Oneonta, and probably 5 or 6 from Buffalo.

Yeah the dome would be amazing, I dont remember a concert being held there since the Billy Joel/Elton John one years ago. There really isnt another place big enough to hold a Buffett concert, the War Memorial is probably too small, and the nearest in size to the dome is probably the pepsi center in Albany.

Source of rumor was freshmen attending Rutgers-Orange game last week at the Rac. With halftime lead of 18 over Orange, Red English major freshie said "Orange has about as much chance of winnin as Jimmy Buffett touring Oneonta, Syracuse & Buffalo before spring break". With Orange mounting incredible comeback- Go Hakkim, Jimmy's agents were cellphoned and "Icy Tour" melted out

That's my story & I'm stickin to it.
