Jolly Mon - Don't have it but I've read it. Nice artwork.
Trouble Dolls - Don't have it but have read it. Seemed too busy to me.
Tales from Margaritaville - Fun book.
Where is Joe Merchant - Great book. His best. With cues to the next LP in it as well.
Pirate looks at 50 - Fun book.
A Salty Piece of Land - a continuation of characters from TFM. It's an OK read. The single is better, actually. Funny how he elected to not include it on License To Chill and saved it for the book only release.
Swine Not - I know nothing about this one because I chose not to buy it.

Re: Buffett books
It kind of reminds me of the hype in JB's own books about how he's 'recorded more than 30 albums'.... no truth to such a statement. It just sounds like he phoned it in, the way it came about.

Re: Buffett books
I thought Joe merchant was pretty good, and absolutely loved "Salty"
Strangely enough, I read Fifty a handful of years ago, before I really got into JB. I did not care for it then, but I'm re-reading it now.
