Well it is that time of year again when Summer concert season starts to kick into high gear and with that come problems and issues at many popular concert venues. For New England concert goers, one of the most popular concert venues is Xfinity Center aka Greatwoods. In the last few years Greatwoods has made the local Boston news on several occasions for a variety of problems and issues. Yesterday was no exception as a concert by Jack Johnson had major issues in two areas.
The first area that was problematic was traffic trying to reach the venue last night which was became severely problematic thanks to people using special apps that show alleged alternate routes. Traffic for the Jack Johnson show gridlocked local roads in the town of Norton where the venue is located due to people trying to find alternate routes to the concert venue using the aforementioned apps. The Norton Police are not happy about the traffic grid lock on local and side roads which made emergency vehicle access very difficult.
The second problem at last nights Jack Johnson show was failure of the venue's Will Call system which left a very large number of concert goers standing in line rather that seeing the show.
Greatwoods makes the news just not in a good way again

A local concert venue causing traffic problems?
Local police unhappy?
People using apps?
Long lines to get tickets?
I've never heard of such things.

the hit and run is as good as any religion around this time of year . . .
