Sigh...I have to power wash the decks and stain them in between some volunteering when I get home.
If I wasn't fishing in this all day rain,I'd be home doing something stupid.
Re: Raining Vacation SUNDAY@ the MSC
Yea my deck needs to be stained. Had to alert my neighbors. I just saw a raccoon climb down their garage then a tree. We have rabies in our town.

Definitely there are advantages to owning a home, but definitely there are advantages to NOT. Anything we need cleaned or replaced is not done by us. Good luck, guys.

Late Checkin from Ringville. Not sure where the day went. We were at the welcome desk our 9:00 church service and then we spent 5 hours at our sons new house. Kevin and Brandon put up 6 closet maid shelves all of which had to be cut to fit. I washed the tops of their kitchen cabinets (so much construction dust/dirt) and organized their silverware drawer and laundry room shelves. In Between watching the 5 yr old grandson play some preschool video games. Can’t get much done too fast when someone 3 ft tall yells “nonny -come see this” every 30 seconds. But it still warms my heart
Nonny and PopPop are exhausted. Good thing we have a holiday tomorrow

Please tell me they didn’t read their vows off of their phones.lime rickie wrote: ↑May 26, 2019 6:35 pm Evening, lurkers.
Went to a really lovely family wedding yesterday. The vows were all original and quite beautiful and genuine. Great weather, pretty venue - small lakeside venue in NJ with both indoor and outdoor space. Now we are pit-stopped at my sister's, breaking up the ride back to Maine.
Hope everyone is having a nice weekend.
Recently saw that. It was all I could do to not shake my head and put my face in my hands.

Yeah, sunny Friday, Saturday, was supposed to rain today but just turned out drizzly, but will be sunny tomorrow.springparrot wrote: ↑May 26, 2019 6:44 pm Afternoon BNers
What happened to sunny CA?????
Went to Magic Kingdom with 59° and drizzle/rain.
None of us brought rhe right clothes.
Decided to come back to room to try to thaw out
This is not normal for here. Usually all of May is gray.

Ugh, no they did not, they recited from memory. And happy to report that I did not see anyone surfing on their phones during the ceremony and reception, at least not the ones at our table and nearby. I didn't even bring my phone.Salukulady wrote: ↑May 26, 2019 11:01 pmPlease tell me they didn’t read their vows off of their phones.lime rickie wrote: ↑May 26, 2019 6:35 pm Evening, lurkers.
