Jury Duty Monday @ the MSC
Good morning!!
I'm off to that work place, then leave by 10:00 to report back in my part of town to report for possible Jury Duty. We all have to be there by 11:00, sit for forever, then find out if who will get picked. They say whatever case it is, it won't last more than 3 days. Fun Fun.
Have a great day!!!

Back at the flower shop today, hoping things will settle down since the Christmas parade and events of the weekend are over. I could use a calm steady week or two. I think we had the last wedding of the month too...Have a great Monday! Its raining and supposed to continue all day today... but at least its not snow! ❄❄

Good morning Tammy and Penny. I was going fishing, but 2.5 hours driving in the rain to stand in the rain made me rethink the day.
If I wasn't fishing in this all day rain,I'd be home doing something stupid.

Good morning BN, it's Monday again. Even being retired it still feels like Monday.
I'd planned to go to the boat today but it is at a marina on NAS Pensacola, I don't feel like dealing with all the security going through the gate.

Re: Jury Duty Monday @ the MSC
Morning All,
I thought about going early with a thread called "Tuesday From The Bunker @ MSC" as we still have fires all over the state and not far from here. Plus a windy, over 100°F day ahead.
I woke up to a thick fog which has now morphed into a mixture of fire smoke and fog, which is probably the definition of smog I guess.
One last check of the pump and generator and back to work.
Have phun!!!!

All good thoughts to Molly and Rabz!!!!
Soooo, today I went to my county justice center to see if I'd be selected for Jury Duty. There were over 200 of us. Filled out informational sheets, turned them in. Then waited for our names to be called, and got a new juror number. I have to check their website tomorrow night to see if my new number is listed. If it's there, I don't have to report on Wednesday. If not? I have to report on Wednesday, and the trial could last at least a week. High profile, vehicular homicide. Oy.

The view down the street, thankfully it has cleared up a bit!
The nearest fire front is 20 km's away - about 12 miles - and heading obliquely to us, so until the wind changes we are OK

Thanks Penny
I don't know exactly how to explain this. It is best if you google pilonidal cyst. Ryan has them. He has had surgery years ago but it keeps returning. This time he is really depressed. He was in a dark place and Larry and I got scared. Of course, the Dr was closed until Mon.
But the Dr talked to him. Ryan feels better...he is healing. And we got him something for his anxiety.
Thank you for the good thoughts. This isn't over but he is in a better state of mind.
