Amazing that we're now essentially down to 2 weeks left of April. Up here May Days make me think Spring to Summer transition is REAL. It also USUALLY signals the beginning of outdoor concert season. Ugh!!! Simply unfathomable that we're staring at a 2nd consecutive summer with no major summer concerts.

It's a beautiful day here in South Central Pennsylvania!

I'm trying to patiently wait to buy and plant our herbs, tomatoes, flowers, in my raised flower bed (as in raised 3' off the ground). The rule of thumb for our area is to wait until after Mothers' Day. I stand by that rule since I've been burnt too many times with a late frost

Good morning. I belong to the rewards program for a lot of restaurants and I'm still working my way through all the free stuff for my birthday. I think I'll go to World of Beer today, I have my choice of a free appetizer or a free beer.

Good afternoon folks. Taking my Kia Sorento to the dealership tomorrow for it's yearly inspection.
I've put almost 150,000 miles on it. I bought it new and have had it almost 9 years. Wish me luck.

I've often found that a free beer can be an appetizer.

Apparently there are some states where it's illegal to give customers free beer and South Carolina is one of them. I had to have free food instead.
