Happy Thursday Gang! Been a long time since a trip to a seafood restaurant has led me to this tasty dish. Regarding Shrimp, Yay or Nay to the BN’ers out there?

Didn't sleep well last night. Up and waiting for my last in home PT visit around 10:00. It's raining and looks like it's set in for the entire day. Also waiting for a call back from the Surgeons office regarding when I get the all clear to drive
I also need to call the dentist and make an appointment to get my crown reseated. It fell out one day when I was in the hospital

Definitely a fan of the shrimp scampi. I make a coconut rum shrimp scampi at every Buffett tailgate I go to. Been making it since my first show- Columbus, OH in 1998.

E is back from one night away for work, and I'm SO happy.

LOVE LOVE LOVE, shrimp. Not a big fan of Scampi, because most places usually use too much garlic for me. I love sushi, but have never had shrimp in that preparation. Ever. Curious why some don't like seafood (not fish), tho?
