The Southeast is Soaked SATURDAY@ the MSC
Good morning BN. Looks like a mess along the gulf coast.
If I wasn't fishing in this all day rain,I'd be home doing something stupid.

Good morning BN. Messy weather day, tornado watches and warnings, lots of rain and wind. A semi was blown over on the interstate bridge a few miles from here.

Good Morning BN!
90 today (cooler than 100 this week) and sunny. Great day for the summer craft market at Lone Tree.

Good morning. There's rain in the forecast for the next few days but so far it's only a little overcast today.

Afternoon BN.
Thoughts & sandbags to Steve & Michi!
Woke up to overcast skys that turned into cloudy & drizzly weather... That turned into a very productive day. Laundry, cleaning house, grocery store & dump. I also booked rooms for upcoming shows !!
I declare it happy hour!
Happy Sat y'all!

Afternoon BNers
No rain here, just sun and heat.
We have been finding dead bats in our yard. One a day for about a week. Larry talked to neighbor....they have bats in their chimney!!! They can't do anyrhing about getting rid of them until fall.
Hoping the bats don't have rabies.....

Overnight with Austin went well. Kevins mom stopped by as she hadn’t seen Austin since before covid. Our son also hung out a little. He brought 3 fresh lobsters for Kevins birthday/Father’s Day. We just cooked them for lunch…..yummmm.
Our own BNer Big John is stopping by for a visit later today. The last time we saw him was at the 9th annual Ringville Parrotfest in 2019.
Was pleasant until about noon…..then hotter and more humid so now we’ve got some winds and a downpour.

I'm watching the College World Series on ESPN. The pitcher just threw a pitch in the dirt, the catcher missed it and it bounced up and hit the home plate umpire in the family jewels. They showed a replay, in slow motion.

It's just after 8 AM Sunday. Cold, wet, windy and miserable. The weather isn't very nice either.
Just enjoying a coffee, it's not our usual beans. We normally import beans from Vanuatu but with the imminent move and international freight being so disrupted because of the plague then we have decide to wait until the move is done. (We still don't know exactly when that will be).
So today will probably lost to packing things. Only I have been somewhat forcefully informed that I can only pack things that won't change the way the house looks Apparently this is in case we have to go back into open house mode...
FFS I am over this palaver.
Oh goodie - the washing machine just sang it's little song to tell me it is finished. Well I'd bet sort that out first.
Then back to my coffee.

I only drink regular coffee when I have to stay awake all day, otherwise it's decafe.I can't even drink decafe in the PM or I won't fall asleep easily.
An Elmer Fudd moment today, while spreading grass seed, my neighbor's chickens were eating the seed as I covered the area with straw. I'd chase them into the shrubs. They came right back. Dad burned bir dees!
