Not really, had 2 picked out close to the front but that didn't work. Up in section 304, it's a relatively small venue so they're not bad. I've been up in that area before. You sure you won't join us?tailgaitingph wrote: βJuly 23, 2021 11:21 amYAY!! I'm not going but looked just cuz. You get decent seats?

Good morning.
I checked the score of last night's Pelicans game, they won 15-1. The article on their website says it's the most runs they scored in a home game since June 5, 2016 when they won 15-0. I save all my ticket stubs so I went and looked, I was at that game. Can't say I remember it.

I liked the size of the venue. We were in the 1st row of section 305 (behind the sound board) for Kenny.Crazy Navy Flyer wrote: βJuly 23, 2021 11:31 amNot really, had 2 picked out close to the front but that didn't work. If I didn't already have plans to be in Marco island that weekend (hotel paid for), I absolutely would! You know it doesn't take much to get me down there

Afternoon BN'ers.........Final "Dive Bar" day. Not a real dive of a place, but today's venture is to the Bonneville Brewery in the small town of Tooele, Utah.

I went for a walk in the park and saw a guy with a t-shirt that said, in big letters THAT'S A HORRIBLE IDEA. Underneath, in smaller letters, it said WHAT TIME?

Hi there! I had a wonderful day on water. At the ramp, a guy was rrailering his Hobie Cat. I asked"That's some mast.25 feet". He answered, "Yep, and it cleared the bridge. I wasn't sure it would." A quarter mil bridge crosses a narrow part of an 18 long lake.
HAPPY BIRTHAY< TAMMY!

Good evening. For the last week my 12 year old grandson has been attending rock-and-roll camp.
Today they put on a show. I got to see him play "Seven Nation Army" with his band. He does keyboard.
Cool.

Re: Fool Button Friday @ the MSC
My "Dive Bar" adventure week comes to a close..
Tuesday: Copper MIner Bar, Magna, Utah.........nice place but the locals were a bit scary. Rival bar across the street and they were all constantly looking out the window and seemingly looking for a fight. One girl came in and looked like death. She indicated that her boyfriend beat her up (again) last night. She had a bloody mary with a beer and then left. Everybody seemed to know her and weren't concerned.
Wednesday: Cowbody's Bar an Cafe, Montello, Nevada......was looking forward to this place as it is literally in the middle of nowhere. A town of 59 people. Their facebook page says that they are open at 8:00 AM. I arrived at 10:30 AM or so, and the place was closed. Proceeded to Wells, NV and had a beer at a small mexican joint.
Thursday: Toana Vista Golf Course, West Wendover, NV. The only bar in town which isn't in a casino. Spectacular views of the Utah salt flats, and the mountain range leading down to Ely. Nice little place
Friday: Bonneville Brewing Company, Tooele, Utah. Nice brewery which has a bowling alley attached. Didn't try the local brew as they had "Mango Cart" on draft which I like. Highlight was the UFO RESPONSE TEAM vehicle present in the parking lot.
All that, and still accomplished my mission of getting some work done.
Heading for the big silver tube to propel me to Atlanta and then back home to FLA. Will have to suffer with Delta airplane Heinekens all the way home.
CHEERS !

Re: Fool Button Friday @ the MSC
I found out yesterday that a really good friend passed away from pancreatic cancer, we were the same age. I hadn't seen her in a few years but we could always "pick things up right where we left off". I was going to call her as soon as we got moved cause we would be in the same community... and I waited too long.
