Good afternoon. I had an appointment to donate blood this morning and while they were checking my blood pressure one of the Red Cross employees walked by, looked at me and said "you're the platelet guy." I've been called a lot of things over the years but that's a new one.

Two Myrtle Beach PD detectives came in to donate with their shields hanging around their necks and their guns on their hips.

Our move date got bumped from August 3rd to the 12th. The guys who are laying the floor and going to set the cabinets got hung up on another job so....no use crying over circumstances that are out of my control.
I worked yesterday, so I'm doing some minor chores today and will be heading to rehab this afternoon.
My cardiologist discontinued my lasix and potassium when I saw him a couple of weeks ago....one week off and I was wheezing and coughing and the swelling in my feet and legs was back. Today after I spoke with his nurse, I get to go back on it. I hate all the meds but I know it will help me feel better!

I read that on my news feed. The pressure these kids are under is unbelievable.

Evening, peeps. Must remember to set up a little work station out on the deck tomorrow, it didn't occur to me until I was almost done for the day today. Too nice out to be stuck inside.

Mr. Lime has friends passing through town so we're meeting them for dinner at a nice little Italian place in town. Hope they talk and reminisce all night, I'm just in it for the food.

I hate it for her. I will be surprised if she competes ever again. Or at least in the Olympics.

My palate and taste buds are still "off" and everything tastes sickening sweet, but I've been craving Italian.... lasagna, chicken parmesan...enjoy your dinner!
