Good Morning Bill. Happy it's a show week. Disappointed in the weather forecasts. Supposed to pounded with heavy rains tonight, all day wash out tomorrow & concert day showing high of 51 & 85% chance of rain.
Had contemplated a run down to Blossom as a follow up, but if a nearly 4 hr. trek ends up in a soggy tailgate..... .....Mom Nature, you're not helping us Midwesterners......

Had barely a sprinkle of rain overnight, and temps in the upper 30's - and I had to scrape a bit of ice off of my windshield this morning. Only in the 60's today, but back to the 80's the rest of the week. E is in South Dakota, so I didn't sleep goodly.

Busy day off today. Went to the vet to get the Big Guy scheduled for surgery on Oct 4th, stopped at 2 dollar stores looking for empty squeeze bottles to hold mayo and mustard for the cold cut sammiches for Buffett this Saturday, and now I'm in line waiting for an oil change.
Gotta get home to finish chores I started this morning and to start shredded chicken sammiches and funeral potatoes for dinner tonight.

I watched the premiere episode of the newest NCIS show last night, this one is in Hawaii. It's a good show to watch with the sound off just for the Hawaiian scenery. Vanessa Lachey isn't a good enough actress to carry a show as the lead character and the rest of the cast isn't much better.

We ended up having to visit multiple locations of both CVS and Walgreens in order to get a full supply of Chemo pills for my mom and my brother.

The whole cancer supply system is a Fuster Cluck. It should not be like it is.

Looking to be an absolutely frigid, bitterly cold, and wet tailgating experience this week.

High of 50 degrees? I'd be freezing my arse off at the tailgate.
