Good morning, BN!! I love gingerbread flavor for most anything.
We celebrate National Gingerbread Cookie Day annually on November 21. It’s the perfect time to celebrate as the holiday season is not too far away. Gingerbread cookies instantly make us feel warm and cozy, they’re tasty, and no amount of cookies will be enough. Their rich flavor profile makes you want to keep going back for more. Gingerbread cookies come in all shapes and sizes, but gingerbread man cookies are the most popular ones.
At home stuff today - and getting ready to pack for the road trip to OK this week.
I love gingerbread cookies -- especially at this time of the year
I'll be heading out to the front yard to hook up the new strands of mini white Christmas lights (they do NOT get turned on until the first weekend in Dec) but it's much warmer now that the sun is shining and the wind has stopped .
Got up early was going to go to breakfast and then the grocery, but there is only one place open on Sunday for a sit down breakfast and it was packed, so we got a crappy fast food sandwich. Strike one. Then, we decided to go to Walmart since I needed a pair of boots for my SIL for Christmas...got the boots but they were out of random stuff that we needed. Strike two. Went next door to Aldi and...they were also out of the random stuff... strike three. Came home, switched laundry and am putzing around in the kitchen. Just remembered that I needed to look at black dress pants at Walmart and I forgot. I feel defeated. Having a margarita.

Chin up Tammy, you’ll get things squared away soon enough.
Have to admit I do like your kind of remedy
Corona by day, Corona by night, any old time is just alright!
Yucky day here in the Dallas area. Finished what I needed to do, besides finding an opened UPS Store on a Sunday, so been watching football, drinking beer and people watching......some interesting characters in these parts..

Thanks for the encouragement Doc. I don't feel nearly as defeated since I'm on my 3rd margarita!

Hi there! I spent 2 hours laying out and painting Christmas signs for a charity fund raiser. I played Peter Mayer's live Christmas CD, which put me in the spirit.
If I wasn't fishing in this all day rain,I'd be home doing something stupid.
