The recipe called for whipped to soft peaks. He thought a whisk would be easier. 40 min later, he decided it was good enough.
He made sorbet with apple juice. More of trial and error

He sounds adventurous! At least he's trying

The sorbet was good...but different. He thinks it was too sweet. I thought it was good. He is thinking thin sliced Granny Smith apples added would be good.
He is having fun trying flavors.

But apparently, on January 12th he died suddenly - ironically, on his way to a doctor's appointment.
CANCER SUCKS!
