The Pelicans won again last night, that's 10 in a row. According to the recap of the game on their website they have the best record in all of minor league baseball, not just the Carolina League.

Bike Week ended Sunday and now we get to do it all over again this weekend, Bike Fest starts tomorrow.

We were supposed to meet a friend at Hobby airport for lunch. But I woke up queasy. Ugh

So, I am staying on the couch.

Astros won last night. They have played 33 games in 34 days! They have the day off today and start another 11 game runs tomorrow.

Meeting with the landscaper guy tomorrow evening. I'm gonna have to decide on some plants and edging. I'm usually pretty sure of what I want/like, but for some reason I'm very confused

I was watching ESPN and they had an interesting statistic about the University of Oklahoma's softball team. They outscored their opponents 500-47 this season and 37 of their 54 games ended early because of the "run" rule, which I guess is the same as the mercy rule. Most of the softball leagues I played in had mercy rules but that wasn't college sports with teams full of scholarship athletes.
