The older BNers will remember PHatt Matt. He started posting on BN when he was just a tiny tot.
There have been many wonderful stories about Matt's age, BUT
He is old enough to get married!!

When I first moved to Myrtle Beach, there was a place called Fat (not PHat) Matt's Ice Cream. It closed and a burger joint opened in the spot. That closed too. Now it's a candy shop.
Sniff...our baby boy is growing up! So happy for Matt and Nicole, and I can't think of a more perfect place for it to happen than the Miami of Ohio campus. Just beautiful. Well done, Matty!!

I will never forget the Alpine concert that his mom and brother brought him to, and singing proudly to "We Are the People Your Parents Warned You About" in the lawn, and laughing at the irony of it!

Holy smokes! Have you ever gone back and read the old "who's going to..." threads!?!?!? Monster excitement leading up to the event, and heartwarming and hilarious memories shared after. Alpine 2005 was one for the books! I need to dig out the dvd that opharbour put together and watch it over the holidays!
I'll cherish those chapters of my life forever!

I know it's been forever since I've posted - which is strange because for many years I was here religiously. BuffettNews in a large way made me who I am (let that sink into your conscious!) and I'm forever thankful for and a part of this great place.
Last Saturday was nothing short of incredible for Nicole and I. After several years together and some amazing experiences we cannot wait to take this new step in life. It's a time of great happiness and celebration, and we truly do "love the now!"
Thank you so much for the wishes, and time and again thanks for all you've done for me. Now if only I could go back to Alpine 2005 and bring Nicole along!
