What a cool resource. That had to be a LOT of work. Many thanks to you all. One error I noticed - the lyrics to Take It Back don't quite reach all the way to the end of the song.

If she had not put up her little song list, then I would not have put my two cents in, then me and Jim would not have connected and have been able merge our efforts. Without the combined effort this would probably still be a work in progress.

So thanks for the kick-start, LonePalm1!
Thanks for the shout out dave! Glad to see this list up ;-)

Another great reference is the Tour Names database. It's always fun to see stuff to bring back memories of those special concert tours.

After Nautical Wheeler was played by Jimmy tonight, Q&S researched that it was last played in Key West Margaritaville on 10.31 2002.

Handy tool.

So won't you dream on compadres;

This information is amazing and the person(s) responsible for it should be applauded for their efforts.
It is obvious that MANY hours of research have been spent on this.

Thank You Very Much!!!!!!!

Although, I believe I have found a minor mistake on one of the listings.

Hear is one that I came across.........

JB didn't play Continental Airlines Arena, East Rutherford, NJ on the Banana Wind Tour (8-9/10-1996)

The dates are correct the venue was The Sony/Blockbuster Entertainment Center in Camden, NJ
(or commonly known as the E-Center in Camden, NJ).

These were my very first Buffett shows, loved everyone since.

Thanks for your time.

phjim wrote:I would like to announce a new feature now available at BuffettNews.com called the "Song and Set List Database".

The song database is a catalog of all of the songs that Jimmy Buffett has done over the years. It includes songs released on albums, cover songs, and unreleased songs. For each song you view a list of the shows it has been played at since 1997 along with the lyrics for the song.

The Set List Database allows you to view all of the shows that Jimmy has played since the beginning of 1997. There are options available to help you easily find a show by tour name, year, venue, city, or state.

I would like to thank Dave (aka gingerbreadman) for his hard work and effort with helping to create the database, and Mindy (LonePalm1) for posting a list of all the songs that Jimmy has done over the years.

If you have a set list for a show prior to 1997 that you would like to include in the database or a song that is not listed send an email with the details to: info@buffettnews.com

Let us know what you think of the "Song and Set List Database": Comments and Suggestions

Thanks to everyone who was involved in making the data base!!!

Why is Dave not here??? I know we have missed his humor in the set list thread this year. Also his ability to catch small details in the shows. He is a true asset to Buffett News. Hope he decides to come back :(

Me three. :(
A most mysterious calling harbour
So far, but yet, so near
Where I see the day
When my hair's full gray
and I finally...disappear. BUT NOT YET!!
