JJW Tribute Concert
https://jerryjeff.com/?utm_source=prom ... re__210519
Is there anyone that can capture this for us to download and watch. I’d spend the $10 in a heartbeat to watch it, but we are flying out to the Turks and Caicos that am to go on a dive trip. And the website says it is live only, no replay or stream afterwards.
SunLover, I’ll send you the $10 to buy the stream and record it for us!

Should I make the assumption that Jimmy will be at this?

Re: JJW Tribute Concert
I’d almost think about canceling my vacy if I had a ticket to this.
I used to always go see JJW at Gruene Hall twice a year. Probably saw him 20 times in all, dating back to when I saw him the first time at A&M in the early 90s. He’s The Godfather of Texas Music, and we miss him dearly.
I always wanted to see Bubba and JJW together, but I never got to.
One time at Gruene Hall I got Jerey Jeff to sign the inside liner note of my “Before The Beach” cd. This is the picture of a very young Jimmy sitting on JJW’s Packard. He took my liner notes, showed them to the band, and paraded it around. He was so proud. He finally gave it back to me, and signed it. I need one more autograph on that photo.
Anyway, a true JJW story!
I hope to God someone is able to capture this show!

I hope y’all are able to capture this stream.
Again, if I need to pay someone to capture it since it does cost $10, I’m delighted to do so!

Anyone else not getting the audio when they speak on the video feed? I can only here when they sing

Re: JJW Tribute Concert
It seems their audio levels on some of the mics are not very high for the video feed. The audio feed on RM is better. I'm guessing the audio at the venue is good.FinsUp6835 wrote: ↑June 5, 2021 8:36 pm Anyone else not getting the audio when they speak on the video feed? I can only here when they sing

Re: JJW Tribute Concert
Jimmy (with Mac) was the final act and was on stage by 11:00p ET. His setlist for this show was:
01 Railroad Lady
02 Everybody's Talkin'
03 Sangria Wine (Jerry Jeff Walker cover, ft all the previous performers on vocals)

It was great. The whole show was great if you love storytellers, talented musicians, and songwriters.

I hope you were able to capture the entire show. We had family in town and I wasn’t able to listen.
I must be wishing on someone else's star....

Re: JJW Tribute Concert
It sounds like quite a few had trouble with the audio.FinsUp6835 wrote: ↑June 5, 2021 8:36 pm Anyone else not getting the audio when they speak on the video feed? I can only here when they sing
I wonder if enough people complain if they will fix the audio and repeat it?
Might be worth a shot??
