We were at a neighbor's 6 year old birthday party.
It was a swimming party and I ran back to the house to get a battery powered TV so we could see what was going on

Re: June 17th 1994...where were you???
I was at my friends house, a bunch of us was there. OJ was going to drive right past our overpass of the 405. We were going to go and encourage him to pull the trigger, but we didn’t. After all of that, and he ‘surrendered peacefully’, one guy, John, said, ‘damn, I was hoping the value of my OJ trading card was going to go through the roof’.
It was a letdown to watch all of that for so long with such a disappointing ending…
I still wish he would have popped himself that day.

I was watching the "chase" at the home of my girlfriend (who later became my wife) in Southaven, MS and wishing I could've been there to B*TCH-SLAP all those idiots applauding and cheering for that murdering S.O.B.

I was in France, and we just watched and said, "Ils sont fous, ces Américains!"
Re: June 17th 1994...where were you???
We were staying at the Seascape Condos in Galveston with all the family and we were watching the Rockets play too and could NOT understand why they would interrupt the game!!
I vowed to never ever watch tv again like I did that summer. Why did we get so hooked on watching all that?

We were having neighbors over for a BBQ. My neighbor Jake, the most politically incorrect man I've ever met, heard that OJ was pointing the gun at himself, and kept shouting: "Nobody move, or the n****r gets it!"

I was at the Chicken drinking beer, playing 42 and watching the Rockets in the finals. They pre-empted the game for the chase.

I must be wishing on someone else's star....

I was sitting in my living room watching the Rockets game, I remember Bob Costas talking about it. Hard to believe it was 15 years ago

Re: June 17th 1994...where were you???
I remember watching it, but don't remember where I was. Fifteen years later, "White Ford Bronco" only means one thing to that entire generation.
Whatever happened to Al Cowlings? That's a rhetorical question, I really don't care.

At home, watching it and the NBA finals, while discussing all of it on the phone with friends.

Re: June 17th 1994...where were you???
I was at the Rib It in Cherry Hill, NJ and they turned up the volume.
When I heard the call to Al Michaels/Peter Jennings from the "neighbor" I immediately knew it was a fake and started tellling everyone "This is a Howard Stern call" and then he ends the call with "Baba Booey to y'all" and we all laughed when Al Michaels pointed out that it was a "farcical call".
