we are headed down to Clearwater aquarium to meet the dolphin from dolphin tale in two weeks.
We plan on going to Busch gardens for a day and maybe a trip down for the day to Orlando and universal. Any recommendations?
I'm seeing online that most say stay away from the Busch gardens area and drive? Feelings?
Would it be better to stay in Tampa for the Busch gardens part and out in Clearwater or st Pete for the rest......Or stay out on the beach and drive everywhere from there.
Thanks

When in doubt stay on the beach. The Hyatt on Clearwater Beach is great. Walk-able to the aquarium.

We already went about two weeks ago but we actually did stay at the Hyatt in Clearwater and a night in downtown st Pete that was free.
Hyatt had the best rate.....Some if the other hotels on the beach were out of their minds when it came to rooms. $500 for the wydam.
