How has "She's going out of my mind" not been mentioned? It's a sad ol' song.

It's My Job, when he sings of his uncle with no love or joy in his life really makes you think about what really is important in life and how easy it is to miss it.

Saddest Buffett Song. . . .

Post by dxndmom »

Well, I'm torn between 2 songs. The fist one is "Pacing The Cage", and the second is "12 Volt Man". I think that "12 Volt Man" REALLY tore me up the fist time I heard it. Come to think of it "Love In The Library" is kinda' sad too. I mean yeah, he gets to dream about the girl, but we never know what (finally/really) happens. Yes, we're told to decide for ourselves. . . but in all reality we all know that he didn't get her/go after her. :(

Along with all the other great posts, for me, they would have to be:

She's Going Out of My Mind and California Promises (remind me of an old girlfriend.)
When The Coast Is Clear
Changing Channels
The Captain and The Kid :pirate:
and
Sending The Old Man Home
