Who's going to ATL Dec. 1, 2021?

Post by kudzukid »

At this point, I'm assuming I'm getting tix this Saturday for the Dec. 1. I've been to 8 or 9 concerts, but because of work and other conflicts, I haven't seen one since 2012. Geez! I was at the State Farm Arena show (then Philips) in 2007, and the tailgating at The Gulch was really fun, second only to Lakewood. (Our tix were behind the stage, but we didn't care because it was a last-second purchase to go hang out with friends.) It appears it's now Centennial Yards Lot B but likely still better known as The Gulch. The Ruby Lot I believe is adjacent to it, as well. I'll be looking to be tailgating in this area. Was wondering what other folks had for very early/subject to change tailgating ideas.

Stumbled in to a front row ticket at face value ($191) so I wasn't planning on going to this show but I guess I am now. lol Never done a Jimmy Atlanta show before. I wish it was Lakewood but oh well. So this Centennial Yards lot will be the best tailgating spot? I will defer to the locals on this one.

With that ticket at that price you have to go. :wench:
You only have two options - havin' fun or freakin' out...

I'd say that's a pretty good deal for front row!

I don't see a lot of info on tailgating, so I'm probably heading toward The Gulch and winging it. Hopefully it won't be 30 degrees.
